An experienced team
PRI was founded in 1995 as Private Resources for Industry. In the early 90s, Victor Politis realized that, with the fall of the Iron Curtain, many companies in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union would need to approach international capital markets for financing that they previously received from governments or state-owned banks. Companies in Lithuania and Russia were the first to engage us. PRI helped them restructure and obtain private sector financing, which included the first corporate Eurobond in the former Soviet Union. Since then, the PRI team has taken its proven methodology to clients in developed and emerging markets worldwide. We have developed an extensive network of affiliates around the globe from which our projects and clients benefit. |
